Das habe ich bei einem Anbieter des Ladegerätes gefunden.
Der User schreibt was von Firmware 1.1.19
Bei nachfolgenden Versionen soll die Funktion parallel charging deaktiviert sein.
Aber lest selber
have bought this charger even if I have already more than one charger because of its special way of working. In fact it ha 8 ports but you don't need to have the correct power connector for every type of battery, only the balance one is needed from 1S type to 6S one. This is very useul on field, if you or your friends have more than one type of battery. My charger has harrived with an old FW, the famous 1.1.19 that enables the parrallel charging. the reason why they have probably deleted this function is that it is not a simple function to use, becaue if used ina bad way it is dangerous for your batteries and not only. The charger first balances all the same level cell (first, second, third... sixth) of every battery with the most high level found, then starts to charge all the batteries in parallel way. This dramatically reduces the charge time but, as you need to set the sum of Amps needed for all the batteries conected, here is the danger: when balancing the single battery cell: it uses this sum for one only battery! For this reason ypu have to parallel charge only batteries of the same capacity and cells, and when they are more or less at the same discharge point (a safe thumb rule is not more than 100-200 mV of cell difference). This way the balancing with high number of Amps runs only few seconds for every single battery and it is not so dangerous nor so distructive for batteries as max amps total is 6 A. If used in cycle charge, it works very very softly, caring your batteries as no other charger does: it keep on cycling from one battery to the other, testing and charging all the cells until all of them are perfectly at the correct top level (it mesures voltage with very high precision, 0,001 V) The advange is that you don't need to dsconnect avery charged battery and to connect the next, everithing happens in automatic way and runs cycling often more than one time but it doesn't take longer time than normal chargers because here the balancing processing is achived with 6 independent cherging line, everyone capable of 6 A and so not only the 200 - 500 mA of balancing current of the other chargers. I have attached some picture of a charging procedure of 7 2S 850 mA batteries.
